LottoIQ is built on the operational expertise of Digital Gaming Services (DGS) — a Cape Town-based lottery digitalisation consultancy with more than 15 years of senior commercial leadership in the global lottery and gaming industry.

Founded by Ed Mouton — former Chairman of the European Lottery Betting Association and former CEO/COO of Gameworx (Malta). Over 15 years of C-level lottery and gaming experience across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East.
